• Creation of event day timeline & work-back schedule

• Accompany you to vendor meetings

• Site visit(s) to venue

• Communication with all vendors to confirm logistics

• Assistance with creating floor plan

• Direction of event rehearsal

• On-site direction of event

• Coordination of all vendors for set-up and tear-down

• Coordination of meal service alongside the catering business or venue manager

Event Coordination

Are you well on your way when it comes to planning the event, but need assistance keeping on track or making sure you aren’t forgetting anything? Would you like someone to manage & be the “point person” for you on the day of the event?

If “yes”, then Event Coordination is for you! With this service, Clare Ashley Events will assist you in the months leading up to the event. We will review what has already been planned and assist with next steps.

Included in this service:

• Minimum of three planning meetings

• Site visit to venue

• Creation of event day timeline & work-back schedule

• Direction of event rehearsal

• On-site direction of event

• Coordination of all vendors for set-up and tear-down

• Coordination of meal service alongside the catering business or venue manager
