After months of planning every detail to bring a certain vision to life, there are just so many logistics and moving parts the day of that I don’t think our wedding would have gone nearly as smoothly, nor would I have been nearly as stress free as I was without Clare. She takes the time before hand to understand the details and how you want your wedding day to go. She went over all of my instructions for the day with me and because of her industry experience, helped me plan for and cover details I didn’t even know I needed to. As a result, our wedding day went of without a hitch. She managed and directed all of our vendors, set up personal items, managed the timing and flow of the days events and addressed questions and concerns throughout. “Clare was an excellent wedding planner for our special day in 2017. From the beginning, Clare was able to accurately identify our style and needs, and adjusted her services accordingly. She provided support and guidance when asked, but also gave us the freedom to make the choices we wanted. She provided excellent templates that helped us plan our day down to the minute. She advocated for our wishes with the venue, the photographer and the decorator. She also helped us with the rehearsal and engagement ceremonies the day before. She was able to wrangle our large family with her polite but firm manner.
On the wedding day, all we had to do was show up, and Clare took care of the rest. She was an excellent day-of coordinator, and kept us all on track. Our entrances, ceremony and photos were a bit complicated, but Clare kept it organized. She also made sure the music and food and other details of the wedding went very smoothly. We had a big send-off after the wedding, and Clare tied up all the loose ends and supported our parents with the financials and clean-up. One of the greatest compliments we received was that our wedding was organized and very efficient - and that was all thanks to Clare!”
